    This is easily the most stylish restaurant in Santa Eularia and we appreciated every one of the many €s spent on the interior. The proficiency in the kitchen, service levels and design standards are a welcome additionto a town that is showing positive signs of growing up. This is good news to us nearby residents and we intend to be regulars. It’s location is on what’s called the ‘first line’, that is, next to the sea front. You have a choice of whether to dine in the semi open terrace or in the interior. Both are equally charming and elegant. Chef Jona Barrios brings a light handed updating to Spanish and Balearic classics. My advice on the menu is to stay close to local food and away from more international (ubiquitous) dishes. This is where the value lies. Everybody that I have recommended to has returned with high praise. My family tell me, while still enthusing about the lamb, that a ‘Menu del Dia’ will be on offer in the winter which we will certainly take up. At the other end of the price spectrum, I am told that the tasting menu is also excellent, and fairly priced at €39. It is so refreshing to have none of the burger & pizza dishes that you have to fight through in so many places. My personal recommendation would be the Fideua, a Catalan/Eivissenc standard which is the true test of any restaurant worth its (Ibizan) salt. Try the Torrija de Horchata for postre, very distinctive (although for my taste it could be a little less sweet). Can’t wait to return!
